Garden Dawn

Perhaps those in the garden never left.
It was not proximity that altered, but perception.
What was pure seemed vulgar.
What nourished now nauseated.

We’ve been within Eden the entire time.
Nothing changed but awareness.
Surrounded by creation we focus on decay.
We need not reenter, but simply see.
