Gita Commentary – Ch 10

Bhagavad Gita Commentary – Chapter 10

Everything descends from a common source — maintaining this idea within our thoughts, we unite with the whole. And when we develop an appreciation for this world, we become content.

The Archer, still anchored in the realm of the senses, wonders where in this world the Charioteer reveals his power and in what form he should be envisioned.

The Charioteer, representing the entirety of the infinite universe, explains that his description is literally without end, so he describes only a fraction of his presence. But in closing, the Charioteers says that such detail is unnecessary, just know that he is everything and maintains the world with only a fraction of his being.
